Breathe!
Don’t forget to breathe!
Calm down by taking deep breaths.
Think of a nice place you love.
There is no one around you.
It’s just you.
You are in your happy place.
No one can hurt you.
No one will hurt you.
You are at peace.
There is no violence.
There is no chaos.
There is no war.
There is no pain.
There is nothing but peace.
There is nothing but harmony.
You are now surrounded by your loved ones.
There is no violence.
Let the peace come over you.
Let the light shine within you.

I have been taking some time away from writing. I haven't forgotten about Vocal, the truth is I just have been too busy pursuing other things to write online and honestly, my little family and I just had a really hard month between the flu and a weird eye infection/cold circulating our house. I'm currently sipping some warm peppermint tea because my throat is sore.
