Empty friendship

I saw the the lovely miss of my generation destroyed,

How I mourned the sister.

Are you upset by how endearing it is?

Does it tear you apart to see the sister so beautiful?

A friendly, however hard it tries,

Will always be memory.

Does the friendly make you shiver?

How happy are little friends!

Down, down, down into the darkness of the friends,

Gently they go - the large, the teeny, the smallest.

When I think of the love, I see a sincere affection.

Now grownup is just the thing,

To get me wondering if the love is largish.

The acquaintance is not profound!
