Earth:

There below my feet

pulling in, down and toward

plant me in and root.

Water:

On my face and skin

caressing all of my pores

to drink in and bathe.

Fire:

Thick of fire smoke,

envelop me in a hug.

Air in lungs exhale.

Air:

Before and without,

nothing if empty and dry.

Our true life surrounds.

Writing for fun and as an escape from the everyday. After all, what is life for if not to create?
