A grand estate, a mansion fair,
With halls so wide and rooms so rare.
A life of luxury, beyond compare,
With every comfort, and every care.
The gardens spread, so vast and green,
A sight to see, a stunning scene.
The fountains flow, the statues gleam,
A paradise, or so it seems.
But deep within these walls of stone,
Lies loneliness, a hollow throne.
For wealth and splendor can't atone,
For love and laughter, now long gone.
So let us not envy the mansion life,
Or the endless toil and endless strife.
For in the end, what's truly rife,
Is love and kindness, a joyful life.
The grandeur of a mansion vast,
Is a sight that few can match.
A sprawling home, with rooms so vast,
And luxuries to catch.
But with each room and every hall,
Comes more space to fill.
And with each task that must befall,
Comes more work still.
The endless upkeep, the constant care,
The burden of it all.
Can weigh so heavy, and leave us there,
Feeling trapped within these walls.
For what is wealth and grandeur worth,
If we are never free?
To enjoy the simple joys of earth,
And life's sweet company.
So let us not be fooled by wealth,
Or the grandeur of a place.
For what brings true contentment, health,
Is love and life's warm embrace.
