Twisted in the night

Eccentricon

A dark sky, damp grass harden by the coldness from the brisk artic air in the night,

Only slow motion of shadows were visible from the street lights.

The sound of dragging continuously shuffled in the dark,

People began to fill the streets, grass, too gather in the park.

Who caused such mess? What happened? How was all to gather? When did this rush begin? Why all so soon?

A bright white, round, dark shaded object in the sky…- the Moon..

An eerie, creepy, sense gave chills to those who came,

Followed by silence, and a blank stare, and a dragging sound – shuffling all the same.

The moons orbit elongated, out of alignment, disrupted balance hard to explain,

Dampness, mixed with bitter wind, slow brisk drops of rain..

A glare of light shadowed the shape grim look on each face.

Unstable force of wind twist and turn destructive along the way,

Many people stayed home to sleep, others gathered and began to pray.

A rapid motion, lifted bodies into rotation, spinning force by the moon – such twisted evil sight.

What was happening? Silence went to swooping, suction force lifted those near by,

Fear of an eccentric Moon , faded to an evil dark unpredictable black sky.

Only a dark view, swooping noise from the twisted force that trapped - one by one,

Destruction force within the path, with no need to hide or run.

The force was coming, the force was here, a eccentric moon of destruction, taking place,

Shadows of people in glow of the moon, fear written on each face

The sky faded to morning light,

Another Cycle of a Full moon took place again – last night.
