Dusk Whispered, and The Planets Answered/ The Planets Answer
A Love Poem
When I first knew I loved you my world was Torn apart It was put back together in the dark.
These years to come seem waste of breath A waste of breath the years behind In balance with this life this death
The months to come are more in pace In pace the more with seasons grace
Alone in the vacuum heat and lovelight build pressure and force formless into matter
While the weeks flow by in anticipation in excitement I flow by the lonesome weak against stone steps in dread in grief
You offer deep breaths to cool my world Full and bloom as my only other continent carved from an impact of one into two
Days are simpler units Simpler days join dawn break and twilight gloom forgiving and numbered
An ocean of love colors my world A deep song slumbers in pipes and drum
Hours cling with phosphorous glow We cling and burn hours To plan tomorrows open day and shutter todays lost dream
The minutes creep quiet over lawns and towers Creeping minute and tender over bowers Lovers can stretch minutes into hours but forgotten so quickly time devours
The seconds push time forward The Units of musicians and poets
Time reveals what love is to come In untold depths and alien dreams
Beyond Time My World Lies Without Light Until Saint Embrace taught me to love in time and gave eternity meaning We're here too brief and Away Far Far Forever Long
