Dreams Over Her II

Read my fourth letter.

My words are my letters

The day arrived soon, Her silence broke

Her heart busted and she continued to choke;

Pt. II

She was a poetess her voice was her ink

She bled her pen as her voice began to sink

The vows of their oneness were all recalled

She couldn't feel her soul while she scrawled

"I cherished every moment of our love and haste;

The time of struggle, for me, wasn't a waste;

I gave you my life, my eyes, my tears;

But losing you wasn't on the list of my fears!"

The grey filter on his eye blackened all beauty in her

The streamy threads of her hair looked nothing more than fur

It hit her harder than a dart to see her Letter in that state

Tears won the race against the words on that page

"It wasn't your fault, I was at mistake;

To let you put me on the sole-stake;

Fighting was our hobby, hugging was our passion;

Or these were all my hobbies? But you seemed to have compassion! "

It was the third letter, She burnt every page soon after

She hated the quietness, she missed their laughter

His dreams and his FAME, it was something so strange

She never wanted 'cash', for his heart she could change

"Why did you bring me home, if you would leave me?

Why would your smile prison me, when you gave me the key?

Why would you make me addicted to that sweet smile of yours?

When you made it vanish, shut the lock on all the doors!"

While Donating her blood, She realized she shed for the wrong group

That letter too was trash— Another letter, It was an endless loop

Soon a final letter, her guilts, her taunts to her debtor

Cold breeze rushed there, the place where he met her

"I thought you and I would make it till forever;

But your plans to me seemed a bit cleverer;

I was wiping all your sweat but you didn't seem to care;

You are now far beyond my reach—My echoes, you would hear;"

He would miss her silent giggles, her endless byes, her only fear

Her sparkling eyes, her; "pushing him some near"

For she was leaving him all alone, he was all grown

She was leaving behind every belonging of her own

So, Ending that never-ending iteration of —"Hi!";

Packing up all and saying my last —"Bye";

"Every story doesn't end happily like ours", you cried;

That movie was true, Our story ended and characters died!"

Let's go our separate ways

Author's note:

It has come to an end! As the boy said, love stories don't always have a happy ending.
