My heart is full with the sadness of not knowing you.

And she is empty of any notion that this might be a bad idea.

She hates to see you go.

She pains when you leave.

Forgetful of the fact that this is for the best, that there is better.

If this is true, if somehow any and all of this were fact, then she has never been truly loved by anyone else. Her first love was a fraud, and all she thought was real – the magic, the friendship – was a lie. It never existed, but she was still sincerely heartbroken.

Does that make her crazy?

Does that mean that she was dumb enough to fall in love with something imaginary?

Will people laugh?

Will someone ever want to date her again or will she forever be branded as cracked?

She is beautiful.

She is caring, and stable – but she knows how to let loose.

She’s not dumb, but she is sad.

A boy broke her heart, and she’s still mending.

Soon, she’ll be ready to restart.
