In a dragon's dungeon deep, they toiled on,
The dwarves, with hearts as sturdy as the stone.
Forging blades with flames of molten fire,
To face the beast that darkness did inspire.
With hammers strong, in forges hidden well,
They crafted swords that only legends tell.
In tunnels dark, they mined the precious ore,
Their purpose strong, their spirits evermore.
The dragon's den, a treasure trove untold,
Yet greed it held, like stories often told.
The dwarves, they knew, the dragon must be slain,
To free the land from fire and fear's domain.
They delved into the depths, brave and bold,
Their hearts and spirits forged in solid gold.
With courage, strength, they faced the fiery foe,
In dragon's dungeon deep, where legends grow.
A clash of scales and mighty dwarven might,
The dragon's fire met dwarven souls in fight.
In dungeon's depths, they won the day at last,
The dragon's reign in fiery shadows passed.
The dwarves emerged, victorious and free,
Their dragon's dungeon now a memory.
In tales and songs, their legends live on strong,
For in their hearts, the dwarves forever belong.

Very good!
quite a good tale. Sounds like many a book I've read over the years. Lol. Nicely done.
