Do What You Will
October 26th, 2010
Inspired, to do what you will.
Knowing little yet trying still.
You can’t help it but,
You have that feeling.
It doesn’t fester or spoil,
Rather grows to a boil
Until there’s nothing left
But to do.
Do what you will;
Paint on a canvas,
Write on paper,
Sculpt the clay.
It is what you do with
Your inspiration that matters
Not the end result.
Do what you will.
To do nothing is an
Abomination to the gift.
To do nothing is a
Disgrace to yourself.
The gift we’ve all been given
In various forms.
We do with it
What we will.
Will is a powerful thing.
Anything can be overcome.
Life is only as beautiful as you make it.
So do what you will.
About the Creator
Thor Grey (G. Steven Moore)
Since 1991, this compassionate writer has grown through much adversity in life. One day it will culminate on his final day on Earth, but until then, we learn something new every day and we all have something to offer to others as well.
