Finally, rest your body,

the demons have been fought,

it's your time to recover.

The devils are slain,

no longer do they hover

from over your shoulder,

that weary place they preyed.

Finally, rest your wings,

you’ve traveled high and low.

The battle has been long,

arduous and fraught!

Here’s to your song;

the tune of a champion,

the tune of a hero.

Finally, rest your mind,

for too long you’ve had it guarded.

To all those you’ve pushed away,

to keep them or yourself safe,

this is no way for you to stay.

You are loved by them now,

and will be on the morrow.

Finally, rest your soul.

You’ve seen the world’s darkness,

and you deserve its light.

Even as Dawn turns to Dusk,

rest shall bring delight.

Sleep, now to find peace,

free of the devils' bites.
