Dino Superbowl

A poem about a dinosaur who won the Superbowl

In a time beyond the reach of man,A dinosaur led the clan,Not just one with a scaly crown,But a hero in a football town.

With legs so strong and a heart so bold,He stormed the field in jerseys gold. The crowd went wild with every score,As he charged ahead, they cheered for more.

Through the gridiron's fierce and fiery fray,This mighty beast had come to play.He dodged and weaved past foes so fleet,With thunderous steps, he did defeat.

A touchdown here, a tackle there,His prowess unmatched, beyond compare. The final whistle blew its call, the hard-headed lad had won it all.

The Super Bowl was his to claim,A legend born with lasting fame. From prehistoric times to now,He wore the champion's crown with vow.

In the grand post-game gala's light,Two singers stepped into the night.Tammy Wynette, with voice so pure,And Dolly Parton, with magic allure.

Tammy sang of standin’ by your man,While Dolly strummed with seasoned hand. They greeted him with smiles so bright,Underneath the stadium's light.

"Your strength," said Tammy, "is a wondrous thing,Like the country songs that I sing."Dolly chimed, "With heart and might,You won the game, you owned the night."

The dinosaur bowed his head in awe,For he had met the best he saw.Two queens of music, side by side,With a champion full of pride.

In harmony, they shared the night,A prehistoric, star-lit sight. The past and present intertwined,A moment etched in heart and mind. For legends live in many forms,From ancient beasts to music stars. And in that Super Bowl of dreams.
