He Breaks What Hell Unleashes

He rides the dusk where sinners choke,

A lasso spun from hangman’s rope.

His whip, a tongue of severed cries,

His boots still drip with dying eyes.

—

The fiends he breaks wear human skin,

Twisting, writhing, stitched with sin.

Their nails claw deep, their fangs still gnash,

But he yanks tight—spines snap like ash.

—

Not for mercy, not for grace,

Just to drag them to their place.

Screaming, gnarled, bound in chains,

Hell is full—so earth remains.

Authors Note:

In Demon Wrangler, I explore the darker aspects of morality and the battle between good and evil. The imagery of the demon wrangler a figure who confronts the sins of humanity serves as a powerful metaphor for our internal struggles.

The poem captures the tension between the allure of sin and the consequences that follow. The wrangler's harsh methods reflect a world where mercy is scarce, highlighting the relentless pursuit of redemption in a landscape littered with despair. Through vivid, visceral imagery, I aim to evoke a sense of horror and fascination, inviting readers to confront their own demons and consider the cost of their choices.

Ultimately, this piece serves as a reminder that while hell may seem distant, it is ever-present in the choices we make every day.
