There’s a demon in my backyard

He wears a mask and wants to play

He pretends that I know him

Just to get his way

This feeling that fills my chest

He is trying to enter there

But something tells me he is a liar

By the way he casts his evil stare

You are not welcome here dear demon

Your deceit is as elaborate as the sun

You cannot come in dear demon

I have cast my spells and now you must run

For they will catch you in the night fall

And rip your soul to shreds

I have protection of age old spirits

And it is me now you must dread
