Death, Dark, Abyss...

A poem to go on with when to feel the darkest within.

By David NwoguPublished about a year ago 1 min read

The horror is not gradual!

the horror is exceptionally unforeseen.

A horror is explosive. a horror is unforeseen,

a horror is abrupt, however.

Pay attention to the expectation,

the expectation is the most initial belief of all.

Does the expectation make you shiver?

does it?

Why would you think the illusion is big?

the illusion is the most little appearance of all.

Never forget the bitty and large illusion.

When I think of the trepidation, I see an anxious relief.

Down, down, down into the darkness of the trepidation,

Gently it goes - the clownish, the clowlike, the cockamamie.

How happy is the unbridled passion!

Down, down, down into the darkness of the passion,

Gently it goes - the unchecked, the unrestrained, the ungoverned.

I saw the the eager something of my generation destroyed,

How I mourned the anticipation.

Never forget the great and overeager anticipation.
