Dear person going through it,
In the midst of it all,
Sorrow and pain, hurt, fear and regret, many questions with their answers pending,
Take the time to listen to some soothing music
Rub your fingers through a good book.
As you ponder on the knots in your bleeding heart,
Care to share with a listening ear
Take a walk in a beautiful park where birds swing, flowers bloom, in the wind childrens' laughter.
In there you will see that there's more beauty around you than the pain you feel inside,
Or the things that bring it to you.
Now, I leave you. With love, a person who has gone through it.
