Dear Everyone,

Would you believe me if I told you that you can change the world?

If you look in the mirror, do you see the light that shines within you?

See the light, then be the light.

A kind word to a stranger can change their day for the better.

You changed their world.

A hug to a child can reassure them they are loved.

You changed their world.

A smile given freely nearly always is given back.

Your smile can change the world.

The secret is within you, and the secret is love.

Love conquers fear. Love conquers hate.

Love changes the world.

Kindness multiplies itself and becomes an epidemic.

It's OK to make mistakes. It's OK to feel bad sometimes.

It's not OK to not take accountability for your own actions and behavior.

It's not OK to not try to be better.

Imagine.

Every person in the world caring about every other person.

Freely giving love and kindness to all.

Does it sound far-fetched?

Does it sound impossible?

It's a simple choice, and it starts with you.

Decide to be better.

Ta-da - the magic has happened - when you are better, the world is better.

Let's have a revolution.

A revolution of kindness, love and understanding.

We are all different and yet we are all the same.

It's OK to be different.

But understand, we are all the same.

We are all a tiny blip of a human on a rock hurtling through the universe.

We are here for a moment.

Let's make the moment matter.

Let's call on our leaders to be better humans, as we call on each other.

Let's remember the past, and the examples of where hate has taken us.

It's a new century, a new decade, a new era.

Time for us to step forward and confront hate with love.

Beliefs are used to divide us, to make us fear one another.

So many beliefs are based on false information.

It's hard to know what to believe.

Let us all share just one belief: we are here to love.

I know.

It sounds too simple.

It sounds naive.

It sounds foolish.

Imagine, though.

Everybody you meet is kind.

When you have a need, it is met with love and understanding.

You are free to be yourself.

Policy is based on what is best for all people.

Compromise is easy to achieve.

We live together on earth in harmony.

It is simple.

Center your heart in love and watch your world change.

This is a message from the universe, from my soul to yours.

We are all connected. Hurting others hurts you, too, even if you don't see it.

Find the beauty in your life (it's all around you) and remember how to love.

You were born knowing this.

You forgot.

The world is hard, and people are lost.

People are lashing out because they don't know what to believe.

Take a deep breath and remember what it feels like to love purely.

Unconditionally.

It is there, within you.

Open your heart and find the love.

Share it and watch it multiply.

There is nothing you have done that cannot be redeemed through love.

The past does not exist except in your mind, so let it go.

The future does not exist except in your mind, so don't worry about it.

There is only now, and in the present moment, just love.

Love yourself, first. You are so worthy.

Once you love yourself, loving others is easy.

What about the bad people? The ones who hate you or treat you poorly?

They are the ones who need love the most.

Civil, kind conversations have the power to change even the worst people.

Worst is a judgment we don't need to make, though.

Because we're all the worst people, sometimes.

But we can all be better.

And if we're all better every day then soon,

very soon,

the world will be better because of it.

Because of you.
