A Letter To My Younger Self

I wish I can tell you all the things I learned the hard way

Just to give you a little heads up

A warning sign for the kid who just wants to make the world better

You're going to meet some demons that will take your innocence away

They will haunt you for what seems like forever Your purity and kindness doesn’t fit in with this cruel world

You’re so naive but so strong as well

And even though these demons are going to eat you up

You somehow will always win

Even with so many battle wounds and scars

You are standing up after each time you fall

I wish I can tell you why this is happening to you But I don’t know that answer

But all I can say is you are destined for greatness Even with all these demons you are so strong Your stories will help someone one day

You’ve helped so many people while you felt like giving us

You’re meant to help

Comforting random people crying on the bathroom floor

People have breakdowns in media

Listening to people and their own personal demons

Trying your best to help others when you should’ve been helping yourself all along

It takes a lot of courage

And even if you feel like you don’t deserve the world

You do

You Deserve so many great things

But you’re going to have to go through hell and back several times

But you’ll always come back

You are one kind selfless soul who doesn’t deserve these demons that bring you down

But one day you’ll be so invincible they may they wouldn’t even be able to touch you

You got this kiddo

You’ve got a shit load of a hurricane coming for you

But make sure you find your eye of the hurricane and embrace all of this madness in a calm state.
