Another hard day

Winding down the last hour

My favorite part

Just me and you now

Pajamas robe and slippers

We sink in and rock

I touch with light kiss

But then linger to inhale

The scent of baby

You’re tucked in my arms

Soft head snuggled under chin

You smell like all mine

And here we will stay

With an easy rhythmic glide

Bottle long finished

There’s no need to rush

I have no where else to be

I’ll sway here with you

Another hard day

Winding down the last hours

This is all I need
