My man was washing the pots,

But the sink wouldn't come clean,

Though he tried hard to make it gleam.

In comes running my son,

As I complained,

And I made a kerfuffle,

Leaving us all in a wordmuduffle!

"Dads not scum, He's too clean,"

Said my son!

So;

I spent the entire day,

Explaining what I meant to say;

I tried explaining the sink was scum,

But my son said,

"That's not right, Mum!"

And that's how my nightmare begun.

I decided to leave,

Thinking;

"I only aimed to please!"

I looked him in the eye,

And said;

"Your right, son!"

Only then did I confirm I was wrong!
