A Journey to Healing

In the aftermath of death,

we search for ways to cope.

We cry and scream and break things,

our grief too much to hold.

The world may call us crazy,

but what do they know of pain?

We stumble through the days and nights,

our hearts shattered by the strain.

The air is thick with sorrow,

the scent of loss and regret.

We grasp at memories like lifelines,

our tears a constant threat.

But in the midst of all this chaos,

there is a glimmer of hope.

By letting go of our emotions,

we may find a way to cope.

So let us scream and cry and break things,

whatever it takes to heal.

For in the end, the only way out

is through the pain we feel.
