When things inside refuse to peak.
The belly churns, the body strains,
A desperate wish to break the chains.
But here’s the secret, simple, true—
Prunes will help, they’ll see you through.
With sweetness soft and gentle might,
They’ll help things move and feel just right.
No more the pain, the bloating gloom,
Just nature’s gift to clear the room.
So when the pressure’s far too high,
Turn to the prunes, give them a try!
