With good practices that keep us improved
Every day, through exercise, proper nutrition, rest,
and recreation, we will become stronger.
Let's be thoughtful and careful about what we eat.
fresh produce, not store-bought items
Plenty of salt and fat in packages and wrappers
But think about genuine food that actually nourishes!
Now let's schedule some time to exercise.
To move freely, have fun, and dance,
Not just for our physical health, but also for our mental health.
Because it lowers our stress levels, exercising
And certainly, sleep is absolutely essential.
You'll find spaces to unwind and refuel here.
a nice, long night's sleep
will lessen the pressure of tomorrow.
Let's choose a healthy lifestyle then
because it will undoubtedly make life meaningful.
