Long into the night,
I just sit and stare.
I want to write
But my muse does not care.
I stare at the blank screen
Wondering why my muse,
Decided to be so mean
My muse, I have not seen.
A night writer, I used to be.
But, my muse decided it
Like day light.
I no longer write at night.
But sleep never came.
So, I called to my muse
But she refused.
This is bad news.
My poor muse is so confused.
Day or night
This should not be a fight.
All I want to do is write.
But my muse does not know what to think of me.
It went away because I wanted to write night and day.
