Coming Into My own

Days go by—I feel so weak, but I am stronger than I may think.

I reach deep within—realizing I have nothing left to despair.

I feel so much that it hurts at night.

Why can’t I be okay with how I feel?

My love is so deep it spreads like wildfire within my heart.

I am in a grander place now; I haven’t felt so happy in a such long time.

Life is what we make it, and I chose a higher road—which led me to a brighter future.

I have so much to look forward to that I can’t deny I am coming into my own.

Where I am going now isn’t completely clear, but what I do know—I will not give up until I reach my destination.

My heart feels full of hope and love so deep; it may explode into the deep blue sea.
