Come down

What are these called emotions.

They go up,

they go down.

It goes up,

nothing comes of it and it heads to a spiral

all that was

is

ahd ever been work for,

gone.

It goes down,

calmness over still water,

clarity is repurpoed and you can think straight,

you can walk straight,

you can heal faster,

you can talk straight,

you can see much brighter,

you can have more confidence.

But wait when something trips you,

its there again spiraling,

wounding you and making the situation more personal and inadequate.

This is not being human,

this is the animal side of it all,

and yes we are all in the same hell we are still in.

Bump up,

bump down,

manage the claws,

while using words as clause to our own headlines.
