Colors of love

Live in love

By Marie LPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Ever wonder what color is love,

is it turquoise or white as a dove.

Running through life as colorblind,

or walking and smiling blown by our mind.

Days go by, changing tones in the sky,

hiding more beauty than meets the eye.

Walks through the parks piled with greens,

only seen if we lift our eyes from screens.

That bliss of freedom on summer nights,

taking our senses across assorted sights.

Accelerated by lavender fields and ocean blues,

experiences loaded with sensations so diffused.

Autumn comes rolling in nostalgic leaves,

from custardy yellows to Burgundy eves.

Freezing dark nights of winter extremes

lead to those magical snowy dreams.

Embracing the cherry blossoms in spring,

oh, that hope and excitement air brings.

The joys in life are derived from contrast,

leaving behind these shadows we cast.

Born to a world full of millions of shades,

seeking our love in rainbows and charades.

Blushy cheeks of laughs in our hearts,

souls mesmerized by the Earth and its arts.

Is love brushed in black and white?

There is no tune for love, wrong or right.

As beautiful sadness in the rainy grey sky,

every color is love, and now you know why.
