Dear Black woman,
You’ve been through storms,
Carried weight the world could never understand—
So let me take that burden off your hands.
Matter fact…
Let me carry it forever.
I want to hold you down,
Be your peace, your shelter,
Let you rest and know you’re truly loved.
Your strength?
Unmatched.
Your smile?
It lights the entire sky—
A constellation stitched across the face of pain.
You walk through fire with grace,
And never ask for praise.
Every step you take
Fills shoes no soul could ever replace.
You’re more than seen—
You are felt.
Your presence is real,
Your love, the kind that makes a man heal.
Your skin—soft, radiant,
Like cocoa butter on sun-kissed skin.
Your laughter—medicine,
Your voice—a hymn.
You’re one in a billion,
A galaxy in bloom.
Kind, brilliant, beautiful,
More rare than the stars and twice as cool.
Dear Black woman,
Never let them dim your shine.
Remember:
Our ancestors walked through fields blind
And still found a way to sing.
You are the echo of that strength,
The reason freedom still breathes.
Never forget your purpose—
You were born divine.
And anyone who dares stand in the way
Should only be reminded
That you are more powerful than time.
So I say this,
With the utmost praise—
You are sacred.
You are art.
You are light
That never fades.
