Circle of Love

Love, loss and never giving up

Lazy days in late June

Warm air and salt on our skin

Not a care, just us, and days with no end

Toss fear away, we’re all in

Come with me, my love

Take a shot, take two

With fire in your eyes and hope in mine

Grab my hand, lets run away, no one else but you

But the sun goes down and the last leaf turns red

Your lips on mine lost in a haze

Blur the line, no love, just lies

Fade away with the warm days

Your smell, your grin, the lose curl you push away

That song you hate but play just for me in your car

Wait, hold on, don’t give up just yet

Still a ways to go, but gone too far

Come snow, its time

Save the pain, no slip and fall

They try and push, but they fail

All hail and icy wall

Let the cold pass by, let the sun peek out

Hello May with dewy morn and bird song

Set to thaw, slow but at last

New day, new hope, been too long

Do I dare, is it time, do I risk it once more?

Roll the dice, play your best card

Bare your soul and I’ll give you mine

Here we go, the same old tale, fall and fall hard
