Can a Mother's Love Replace a Father's Presence?
By Suresh Natarajan
A mother's luv, a father's pride,
A family once whole, now cast aside,
A woman left to bear the weight,
Of a shattered home and a broken fate!
She holds her newborn in her arms,
Gazing at him with love and charms,
But the joy is tainted with sorrow and pain,
As she realizes she must face life alone again!
The father, once a partner & friend,
Has left her heart & life to mend,
Abandoned the family without a care,
Leaving a void that's toooo much to bear.
But the woman finds her strength within,
Resolute to rise & to begin,
To be the mother & the father too,
To give her son a life that's new.
With every breath &
every beat of her heart,
She'll love her child from the very start,
And in his eyes, she'll see the reflection,
Of a love that defies all rejection.
For women are the backbone of the family,
The ones who rise above adversity,
With grace, with courage, and with love,
They create a life that's blessed from above.
So here's to the women who bear the weight,
Of a family that's been left to fate,
For in their hearts, they hold the key,
To a love that lasts for eternity!!!!!
