Butterfly On A Wheel
My thirty-sixth dark poem in the series inspired by Dharrsheena
This is my thirty-sixth dark poem in the series inspired by Dharrsheena.
It is a butterfly cinquain, and is only dark in concept, observing how beauty is destroyed often for the fleeting convenience of perpetrators. We see so many situations where a talent or a figure is effectively killed to preserve it at a moment in time as nothing more than an ornament, often forgotten by the ones who put it there.
The music I have chosen is "Butterfly on a Wheel" by The Mission from the album "Carved In Sand".
