Glittering stars as eyes

Compliments became flushed cheeks

Warm embraces behind closed doors

Stolen kisses in the back room

My screen lights up with praises from you

Quick glances to keep suspicion at bay

Private jokes that no one knows

And an unwavering certainty

We will always be in love

About the Creator

Lisa Pulliam

I love making fun of my emotions, feelings, and thoughts in short form writing such as songs and illustrations. I would like to write longer and more explorative pieces for others to read.
