I close my eyes

And breathe

Slow, even, rhythmic breaths

Each cycle

Of inhales and exhales

A world unto its own

Full, then empty

Empty, then full

As my breath smoothes

Slows down

Body becomes relaxed

Mind centers

Watching breath

Such a simple task

Yet the effect

Is powerful

Breath is a portal

Out of the body

Past the mundane mind

Into expansiveness consciousness

Where existence

Is unbounded

By time and space

Matter and mass

Breath is the key

To infinity

The eternal Self

Dwelling within

The One

Unhindered, limitless bliss

True Self

I am
