It happened again.
Somehow my brain keeps following rabbit trails,
Taking the most roundabout and wild of pathways.
Reaching into the far reaches of my mind,
Acting out every possible imagined scenario.
Curiosity gaining each go-around,
Tarnishing my ability to focus on important tasks.
Introspection at its finest when procrastinating.
Oops!
