I gave him my lips and he gave me his ears.

They delivered jokes and small talk for him to hear.

I gave him my hips and he gave me his broad shoulders.

As we slow danced our pulsing hearts beat closer.

I gave him the crease of my elbow and he gave me his.

We held each other tightly on that ride as the rain whipped our face.

I gave him my eyelashes and he gave me his teeth.

11:11 is when I wished for him while his smile lit up my screen.

I gave him my thigh and he gave me his nose.

The paintball hit me instead of him. He told me I smelled good.

I gave him my entire heart and he only gave me his key.

When I asked why, he said you’re already complete.
