Birth of Death

Salvation of endlessness

Feel to love to love the more,

Waves thrashing it upon the shore.

A heart bleeds and bleeds is tore,

Stitches close to mend still sore.

A flame to fire to ash is made,

Ethereal beings in anguish bade.

Tears to mix into ashes laid,

An oath the precious price is paid.

Raven haired of red golden flax,

Devotion comes to collect the tax.

Eternity of time imprinted in tracks,

As crimson blood upon our backs.

Kings great Kings this way form, Rising up descending storm.

In this way doth greatness adorn,

From ash a Phoenix anew be born.

Not a dragon nor serpent to claim,

Those be sacrificed illusion of fame.

Chimera of man and woman same,

Androgynous heart be given Name.

Virtuous internal empathy slain,

Reanimated heart fully attain.

Death death death gave in pain,

Itself in sacrifice true love to gain.

About the Creator

Sarah Leggett

My passions happen to also be my demons for I will destroy myself in order to create the beauty I desire to see most on this Earth. If I am unable to create something breathtaking I would resolve to lock myself in a hidden tower.
