Behind the Curtain

And Then, Wait...

You're not a miscellaneous conglomeration

You're not a mechanical configuration

You're not a hardwired computer

You're not a soothsayer or a troubleshooter

You're most certainly not a mistake

You're not weak or easy to break

You're not the type to run from the scene

You're not the type to be plastered on a magazine

I just know you gotta' lot going on in there,

and if you just but let me pull back the curtain and see,

my eyes will be sure and set you free.

Set you free from your bottle of emotions.

Set you free from your container of thoughts.

Set you free from your fixture of fascinations.

Set you free from your box of shame.

Set you free from your jar of frustration.

Set you free from your vase of imaginations.

Set you free from your closed in wonders.

Set you free from your mysterious mind.
