Beauty in Pain

Be Present

Past, present, and future.

Live in the present because “it’s a gift.”

When the present is a nightmare, what do you do?

Every day one wakes up expecting the change one wholeheartedly desires.

When lying down their head at night to the mundane reality

that their present will continue, they lose heart.

One obsesses over the past, “Why did I respond that way?”

One becomes despondent over the future, “What is there to look forward to.”

After a while, they realize there is no such concept as control.

It is all an illusion. Loved ones have freewill.

Present conditions can change in an instant.

Life plans can be thwarted by unseen forces.

Evil does truly exist no matter what one may believe.

For these reasons, enjoy the little things life has to offer.

Love people, enjoy relationships to the fullest, and be content.

Yes this is absolutely true! We should never take anything for granted. Instead, we should always cherish everything in life!
