I find us beautiful
We are better than what’s real
Two friends more than Leal
Far greater than the ideals
That mortal men get stuck on
We are why bards sing
Why scorpions can’t help but sting
Why the stars haven’t lost their twinkle
And why life exists longer than a blink
We are like fire
We burn
We consume
We engulf
We my dear, are alive in a world
Where that is not the status quo
We live without meaning
And love without purpose
And I find that beautiful
