Somewhere,

maybe in a dusty box in your attic,

or maybe sitting quietly on the shelf of a charity shop,

somewhere,

there is a Barbie,

A Barbie that you loved more than anything in the world,

A Barbie that you whispered all of your hopes in dream to in night as you laid in your pink bedroom.

A Barbie that brought you more joy than anything in the world,

A Barbie that your brought on all of your adventures,

A Barbie that inspired you to be any and everything you've ever wanted to be,

A Doctor, A lawyer, or even a Princess,

Somewhere, maybe in your attic, or sitting on a shelve in a charity shop, there is your girlhood,

longing for you,

longing for all of the hope and love you not only gave to her,

but all the hope and love, that you gave to yourself.
