Alright everyone, this time I mean it: this is my final entry into the Vocal October Challenge!

I swear by all that is sweet, spooky and freaky.

Please enjoy.

Do you, September,

Take your lover October,

As your wedding partner?

For better or worse,

Even on days when the weather feels like a curse?

Through sickness and in health,

While they nurture, tend to, bless you with autumnal wealth?

No matter richer or poorer, as you've seen it all!

I say, I'm ready to prounouce you Mr. and Mrs. Fall.

Holding each other tight,

Gazing upon the pale moonlight,

Braving the chilly, echoing winds and gnarled trees of the night?

An action that brings both of you delight?

🍂🎃☕🐈‍⬛🕯️👰🏻‍♀️

Ah, can it be?

That you're ready for blissful unity?

Happier than a pig in a pumpkin patch that makes me!

What say you, October,

Do you also promise all of the above?

To be nurturing, loyal, patient,

And most importantly, full of love?

I know that this union will be tough,

Everyone knows that the blistering transition from summer is rough!

Just recall cherished memories of the past,

Good or bad, time itself won't last!

By the powers vested in me,

Given by the authorities that be,

Unified seasons, for eternity!
