As You Speak

The Taste of Your Voice

By Ms Jade Published 5 months ago 1 min read

Speak, my sweet as the world be at my feet and sound be only heard with the touch of my finger let dawn be not a moment but the unfolding of a day where hope like the sun about to rise lingering in its newness let day be unhurried strolling to completion hours spent devising tasks propelling notions rich with purpose for the after let night erase the day’s demands easing softly caressing where silence holds seeding fertile promises on the morrow Speak, my beloved let truth bear weight upon your tongue rest pearls upon my aural bed to savor

As you speak, I will listen as though hearing prayer.

About the Creator

Ms Jade

Ms Jade writes by listening inward — where stories wait beneath the surface.

Some things you’re told to follow. Some things you have to feel out for yourself. I write in between— learning as I go.
