"Hello...Goodbye!"

I'll see you when?

In 10...20....30 years,

If I am lucky.

You remind me of an invisible cloak,

You see it once, then it's gone!

I am supposed to be your closest friend,

And you know;

That will always be,

But;

Every time you leave,

You are brain-frying me!

"Hello...Goodbye, see you whenever,"

Chasing you is like chasing the rain,

In hot, sunny weather.

What am I supposed to do?

Throw a cage over you?,

Maybe glue you permanently to the floor,

Until you promise to talk once more!

Yes;

Maybe I'll see you again today,

You won't know what to say again;

It's been another 30 years,

These bloody aging tears!

"Hello...Goodbye,"

Are you ever going to stay?

You know that I will always love you,

Dear friend,

But you're like a vampire,

Always on the move!

I'm asking you one important question,

Are you going to make me miss you more?

My brain is cooking because you keep leaving,

Please stop turning me into brain food;

Just stay!

So,

We can start talking.
