Are you angry enough yet?

Another angry poem.

Are you angry enough yet?

Dead women paraded naked

Just collateral?

Statistical casualties?

Riddle me this,

Riddle me that

Where should

my outrage

my outcry

be directed?

People are important

Leaders are impotent

Playing their role

We burden the toll

Riddle me this,

Riddle me that

Where should

my silent moment

my hushed memorial

Be directed?

Are you feeling lost yet?

Dead children

Just mathematical?

Statutory victims?

As long as

the powerful

the rich

the important

the good?

are alive and well

with lies to sell

All is good

All is great

Complaints are rude

Compliance, a vital trait

Are you angry enough yet?

Are you?

Thanks for reading!

Yes, sir, this is angry. Justifiably so. Well said, my friend.

Never apologise for your justifiable and justified anger xx

  • Oh, I'm always angry. It's my default mood. Jokes aside, there's a lot of facts in your poem! It was so powerful! 🍩🥐

The rage about what is happening is the healthiest, most appropriate response. And you colored it in a beautiful, bright red with this excellent poem.

Don't apologise, the anger (so we'll evoked) is justified.
