when we get cool down we realize what we had done and it can not be changed

Anger is a flame that burns within,

A fierce and restless fire.

It simmers deep and rises high,

With every smoldering desire.

It blazes bright and scalds the soul,

A searing, blistering heat.

It can't be quenched, it can't be cooled,

It's an inferno that won't retreat.

It sparks in hearts and flares in minds,

An ember that ignites.

It's a tempest that rages wild,

And lashes out with might.

It tears apart the bonds we've formed,

And severs every tie.

It leaves behind a charred remains,

A wasteland where love once thrived.

But when the fire has finally died,

And the ashes start to cool,

We realize with heavy heart,

How much we've lost in the duel.

For anger is a double-edged sword,

That wounds both heart and mind.

And leaves behind a trail of hurt,

That's not so easy to unwind.

So let us learn to temper well,

This flame that burns so bright.

And quell the rage that's in our hearts,

Before it consumes us in its might.
