Introduction

This is my hundred and second piece inspired by Angie Livingstone's amazing and mystical artwork.

This is a paradelle. Tina D. Lopez introduced this form to me.

Although this is meant to parody formal poetic forms such as the villanelle (hence the name), it does, in effect, become a formal version of that which it parodies, with some very strict rules.

Despite its origin as a parody, writing a paradelle is considered a demanding "poetic puzzle"

As this is my first one, it is a simple adaptation of the form, but is does conform to the strict rules.
