-*-

I know,

I did it again;

I went for a coffee,

I found you instead.

-*-

What's next?

what can I say?

what's worse than my silence?

what a rotten decay...

-*-

Not a clue,

not talent to spare;

not magical lighting,

not true grit in here.

-*-

So sad,

so painful to wear;

so obvious in need but,

so fearful to care.

-*-

oh well,

oh Queen of my Heart;

oh, don't you be worry,

oh, I'll come back again.

-*-

About the Creator

Alex Torres

Started writing short stories back in 1988 at work, when I had an empty page to fill for the employee's internal magazine. Taking the pen again after a 30 year-long hiatus, exploring where it takes me this time.
