Smile and light. Live it young

Lyrics by Ali Sadeek

Smile and light it up,

Don’t let it fade.

Don’t frown and mess it up,

For no real case.

Get up and move it on,

With friends, your base—

If anger comes along,

Just walk with grace.

Live it young, don’t let it sleep,

Or it turns to dust so deep.

Don’t neglect it, don’t let it fall,

Or you’ll end up all alone after all.

Live it young, live it bright,

You’ve only got one shot tonight.

Look at the blooming rose,

How it knows to shine—

Even when it dries,

Its scent survives in time.

Don’t waste your golden days,

In doubt or fear,

The moment’s now—

Make it loud and clear!

Live it young, don’t let it sleep,

Or it turns to dust so deep.

Don’t neglect it, don’t let it fall,

Or you’ll end up all alone after all.

Live it young, live it bright,

You’ve only got one shot tonight.

We lose our way, we fall sometimes,

But every tear can feed the light.

So chase the dawn, don’t miss the ride—

You’ve only got this one sweet life.

[Final Chorus – Variation]

Live it young, no second round,

Make it count or lose the crown.

Laugh it off, don’t let it die,

Dreams don’t grow when left behind.

Live it now, don’t ask why—

You’ve only got this one sweet life.
