Absent Heart;

Have you ever loved someone so deeply that even their absence can't diminish your feelings? This poem is a reflection of that kind of unyielding love.

I want you or nothing.

This is what I've chosen for myself,

And I choose you!

I know you're not here,

But wherever you are,

I choose you !

The missing piece of me

That you carry with yourself,

I hope you've kept it well,

Because I won't let that gap fill.

I scream your name ,

Tears dried away.

Maybe that's what it means to choose

you -

Even after all this pain,

And you're nowhere around me,

I WILL CHOOSE YOU AGAIN.
