Able to decide. A mental state. Autonomy. Absence of subjection.

Bill of Rights.

Choices.

Democracy. Dreams realized.

Emancipation. Enfranchised.

Freedom of the press.

Grace. Go for it!

Human.

Intellectual. Independence.

Justice.

Keynote.

Liberating.

Manage one's own affairs.

Not to be taken for granted.

Own your own decisions.

Peace. Power. Privilege.

Quality.

Religious.

Speak. State of being. Self-determination.

Think.

Unrestricted.

Voice. Valued.

Without fear. Wise choices. Worth fighting for.

X-factor

Yielding positive results.

Writer's notes: This is a simple abecedarian poem. What is an ABC Abecedarian poem. According to https://www.cuyahogalibrary.org/ "ABC: Abecedarian Poem --- The abecedarian is an acrostic which spells out the alphabet, either word by word or line by line."

This poem represents my thoughts regarding FREEDOM. I can write, but I can't fight. Too old, I say. This is my way. My voice might not travel far; however, the people of Ukraine are in my prayers. Praying that the Ukrainians can continue their fight against the Russian invaders, may providence help in their fight for FREEDOM!
